Live Action Spider-Man Noir is in the Works at Amazon

As of May 14, 2024, Spider-Man Noir has been ordered to series as a live-action show on Amazon Prime Video and MGM+. The series, titled Noir, will star Nicolas Cage as Spider-Man Noir and is set in 1930s New York. Cage previously brought the character to the screen in Spider-Verse and will also executive produce Noir alongside showrunners Oren Uziel and Steve Lightfoot. Sony Pictures Entertainment and Amazon MGM Studios are producing the series, but Marvel Studios will not be involved, and it will not be part of the MCU. Fun Fact: The Marvel Noir version of Peter Parker first appeared in the 2009 four-issue mini-series Spider-Man: Noir The character became popular enough to warrant a sequel mini-series later that year, Spider-Man Noir: Eyes Without a Face.
