Ashly Burch Speaks Out About AI

Ashly Burch, who voices Aloy in the Horizon Franchise has responded to a recent AI tech demo that surfaced.

The video showed off an AI version of Aloy responding to the presenter's questions.

Guerrilla has since reached out to her and confirmed that the demo is not being used for anything in active development at this time.

Burch says she's worried about game performance as an art form nonetheless. She and her fellow SAG-AFTRA members are working to get protections like requiring consent and fair compensation before using a performer's data for AI.
